An accessory set from the LööKplus line of the Eduard brand for a model of the Sukhoi Su-27 fighter aircraft in 1:48 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Sukhoi Su-27 is a Soviet heavy fighter aircraft with two engines and two vertical tails. Its blended arrangement, in which the fuselage passes smoothly into the wing, gives it great internal capacity and range, and it is among the most easily recognizable silhouettes of post-war aviation. The machine became the basis of a whole family of derived types and serves with a number of users to this day.
LööKplus is an accessory line of the Eduard brand which, for one type of aircraft, brings several individual accessories together in one package. The aim is to raise the level of detail of a kit without your having to track down the individual sets one by one. What exactly the package contains and which Su-27 kit in 1:48 scale it is cut for are stated in the manufacturer's instructions, so go through them before you start building.
Lay the set out and compare it with the part-built model before you start gluing, because some of the accessories are fitted before the fuselage is closed. Try each part dry first and sand the mating surface as necessary, so that you do not have to force anything. The parts that are not polystyrene hold with cyanoacrylate glue; ordinary modeling cement has no effect on them. Wash and degrease the surfaces before painting. If any element is supplied already finished in color, leave it unpainted and just protect it from sanding and varnish once it is seated.
This is an accessory to a kit. The model of the aircraft, paints and glue are not included, unless stated otherwise.
