Responsibility details are not available.
A set of kabuki tape painting masks from the Czech manufacturer Eduard for a model of the German Messerschmitt Bf 110D heavy fighter in 1:48 scale. The self-adhesive masks are machine die-cut to fit the extensive glazing of the two-seat cockpit and the wheel hubs. With them you can spray the frames of the glazing with clean, sharp edges. This is not an airplane model but an accessory for painting; the base kit has to be bought separately.
The Messerschmitt Bf 110 was a German twin-engine heavy fighter (Zerstoerer, meaning destroyer) of the Second World War with a two-man crew. The D version had increased range and was deployed over the sea, among other places. The long glazed canopy is the key area for masking.
Degrease the glazing first. Transfer the masks with tweezers and press them carefully against the frames so that paint cannot creep under them. On a large cockpit work in sections and apply the paint in thin coats.
This is an accessory for masking during painting, not a model. The kit itself, the glue and the paints are not included in the package.
