A plastic kit of the two-seat version of the light fighter Tigershark F-20B/N in 1:48 scale from Freedom Model Kits. The model is injection-molded in polystyrene, completed with photo-etched parts, and offers detailed cockpits, canopy glazing and external stores. It is a hypothetical two-seat fighter and training variant.
The Northrop F-20 Tigershark was the development continuation of the successful F-5 family of light fighters, powered by a single powerful engine. It never reached series production and remained at the prototype stage. The two-seat F-20B/N form comes from design proposals and represents a hypothetical fighter and training version for training and the aggressor role.
Glue the photo-etched parts with super glue. Finish both cockpits before closing the fuselage. Glue the glazing with a glue for clear parts. Apply a primer before painting, spray the striking aggressor schemes with an airbrush and set the decals on a gloss clear coat.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
