Polish F-16C and F-16D Block 52+ machines from the Krzesiny base on a decal sheet in 1:48, five variants of the years 2006 to 2010.
Responsibility details are not available.
Poland chose the F-16 in the Block 52+ configuration as the first machine of Western design in its fighter equipment. Deliveries started at the close of 2006 and the new aircraft replaced equipment of Soviet origin. Besides the single-seat C models, two-seat D models arrived as well, with a lengthened spine in which the avionics are housed. The Krzesiny base near Poznan became home to the machines.
The sheet covers five aircraft. Four of them are single-seaters with the fuselage numbers 4040, 4043 and 4050, with one of the machines captured in two different periods, in 2006 and again in 2010. The fifth variant is a two-seat aircraft with the number 4076. Most of the motifs are dated October 11, 2010, that is one particular day when the machines were photographed.
A gray low-visibility finish has a matte surface onto which a decal will not settle by itself. Create a glossy island under the motifs, apply the markings once it has dried and finally even the whole airframe out with a matte coat. Smooth the thin film down with a softener, so that it follows the panel lines on the spine and on the fin exactly.
