It is an advanced kit with several sprues, including a clear one, with photo-etched parts and decals for multiple color schemes. Fine surface detail and paneling place the model among the quality current releases for more experienced builders.
The Curtiss H-75O was an export variant of the successful Hawk 75 fighter (known in US service as the P-36), supplied to Argentina at the turn of the 1930s and 1940s. An all-metal low-wing monoplane with a radial engine and retractable landing gear, it ranked among the modern fighters of its day. The Argentine aircraft served for many years and carried distinctive national color schemes.
Wash the parts before assembly and start with a carefully built cockpit, which is clearly visible on aircraft models. Use thin liquid cement on the plastic, fill and sand the seams, and prime the surface. Apply the shades with an airbrush and apply a gloss coat before adding the decals so the markings settle without silvering. The photo-etched parts add detail to the instrument panel and landing gear bays.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints, and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
