Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit in 1:48 scale from the Japanese maker Hasegawa. It captures the German Messerschmitt Bf 109 fighter in the G-6 variant, nicknamed the Gustav. The package holds plastic sprues, a clear canopy part and a decal sheet; the particular markings offered depend on the given release.
The Messerschmitt Bf 109 G-6 was the most numerously built version of the legendary German fighter. It was powered by a Daimler-Benz DB 605 engine and had the characteristic bulges over the engine cowling, which covered the synchronized machine guns of a larger caliber. The G-6 version served on every front in the later part of the Second World War.
Glue the joints with thin cement for plastic. Work up the cockpit and paint it before closing the fuselage. The typical German camouflage shades are laid down with an airbrush, and the mottling of the upper surfaces calls for a fine nozzle. Apply the decals over a gloss clear coat and bring up the panel lines with a wash. Mask the clear canopy and paint it last.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
