This is a resin accessory, not an aircraft model. The set represents a two-wheel hand truck fitted with pressure cylinders for oxygen and nitrogen, of the kind used to service aircraft on airfield aprons. The package combines cast resin with photo-etched parts and with decals for the cylinder markings. It comes from the Czech manufacturer Aires (the Aerobonus line).
The accessory brings airfield dioramas and display scenes around aircraft models in 1:48 scale to life. Place it beside a parked aircraft as part of the ground equipment that gives the scene both scale and a story. It is not tied to one particular aircraft type and will find a use in most air base scenes.
First wash the resin parts in lukewarm soapy water so that the mold release residue disappears. Cut the casting blocks off with a sharp knife or a fine saw and never snap them off. Join the parts with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Protect your airways when sanding resin. Prime the metal, and the cylinders then suit metallic shades with the engraving gently picked out and the markings applied with the decals.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
