The set contains four 3D-printed resin CATM-120C training missiles in 1:72 scale from Reskit. It is an accessory for superdetailing, not an aircraft model in its own right. The parts capture the shape and surface of the inert training version of the missile faithfully.
The CATM-120C (Captive Air Training Missile) is the inert training version of the AIM-120 AMRAAM medium-range guided missile. It serves to train crews and to practice carriage and launch procedures without a live warhead and motor. It is carried by modern fighter aircraft on pylons and on wingtip stations.
Wash the parts, separate them carefully from their supporting structures and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Sand with your airways protected. Training missiles tend to be distinctly marked in color, so pay attention to the right shade and markings. Paints, decals and pylons are not included in the package.
