WWI French Green 1 is an AK interactive acrylic modeling paint from the 3rd Generation line, the first of the green tones of French camouflage of equipment of the First World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
A green camouflage shade from the 3rd Generation acrylic line. The binder is water-thinnable, so this is not an enamel or a lacquer and it does not mix with solvent paints. The numeral in the name tells the first green tone apart from the second, with which it was combined into neighboring fields in French multicolor camouflage of the First World War. Check the volume of the bottle on the label of the package.
Acrylic dries to the touch quickly, but the full curing of the film takes considerably longer. The difference is fundamental: paint that is dry to the touch is not yet resistant to masking tape or to mechanical rubbing. Before you lay a mask down or start spraying another field of camouflage, let the coat rest, ideally overnight and in a dry room. In damp and cold the drying slows markedly. When you are in a hurry, rather reach for a longer pause than for a hair dryer; fierce drying makes patches on thin coats.
Meant for modelers who want to have the camouflage palette together and not to put it together from the shades of various makers. Even a beginner can manage it, because acrylic forgives mistakes and does not call for a solvent workshop.
An acrylic paint. Spray in a well ventilated space with respiratory protection; keep it out of the reach of children and protect it from frost.
