This is a photo-etched detail accessory, not a model. The basic set (vol.1) holds parts from thin brass sheet intended for models of the Soviet T-34/76 model 1941 medium tank in 1:48 scale. The set adds the fine fittings that cannot be cast in plastic.
The photo-etched parts replace and add thin-walled fittings such as brackets, lifting eyes, clamps, mesh and tool mounts. Thanks to the real thickness of the material they look more faithful than thick plastic. The basic set is the first stage of detailing, which further sets in the same range follow on from (grille covers, fenders).
Cut the parts from the fret, run the bends over a bending tool or a metal ruler and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Degrease the brass before painting and go over it with a primer. The work calls for tweezers, patience and experience with photo-etch.
The accessory does not hold the model of the tank itself, nor paints or glue. It serves only to detail a kit.
