1:48 Spitfire: wheels with a three-spoke hub (three types of tires) is a resin replacement for the wheels of a kit in 1:48 scale that you have already bought. It is not a model but an accessory that replaces the wheels from the box with more sharply cast parts.

A set cast in modeling resin by the Czech maker Brengun. It holds wheels with the three-spoke type of hub and, according to the product name, three different types of tires, so you can choose the version matching the machine you are building. The set is an accessory to a model you already have: it does not replace the kit itself.
Wheels are a rewarding detail on an airplane model: they are down low, everyone looks at them, and yet injected plastic captures them only to a limited extent. The parting line of the mold usually runs across the middle of the tire, so the seam has to be laboriously sanded out and the tread pattern disappears with it. A resin casting is in one piece, has a sharp hub and tread, and the surface of the tire matches the texture of rubber. The Spitfire moreover used several types of hub and several tire patterns during its service; the combination is tied to the period and the variant, so it is worth comparing photographs of the particular machine.
First wash the parts in warm water with a drop of dish soap, as release agent from the mold is left on them and paint will not hold on it. Cut the casting block off with a modeling saw or a cutter, not with nippers, and level the surface on abrasive paper laid on glass so that the wheel seats straight. Sand wet and with breathing protection, as resin dust is not to be inhaled. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). When painting, first spray the whole wheel in the tire color, then mask the hub with a circular mask and overspray it in the hub color, which is quicker than the other way round. Leave the tires rather dark gray than pure black, as that looks more faithful in scale.
