A detail set of photo-etched parts from the Czech manufacturer Eduard for a model of the two-seat Su-27UB combat trainer in 1:48 scale. It is not a model of an airplane but an accessory that refines and sharpens selected areas of the kit with thin metal parts.
The Su-27UB is the tandem two-seat version of the Soviet and later Russian Su-27 Flanker heavy fighter. It serves above all for training and keeps the combat capability of the single-seat variant. The large airframe and the divided cockpit give scope for bringing details out with photo-etched parts.
