1:48 Supermarine Spitfire Mk.1 LööKplus is an Eduard combined accessory set that adds further resin accessories to the well-known LööK set for a model in 1:48 scale. It is not an aircraft kit.

The designation LööKplus is an important distinction in the Eduard line. The basic LööK set brings a finished resin instrument panel with its color finish and ready-made seat belts. LööKplus, by contrast, is a combined package: it takes the LööK set and adds further resin accessories for the same type of aircraft, so that the modeler does not have to buy each set separately. It differs clearly from the other ranges. A full photo-etched set is metal and demanding to put together, Zoom is a narrowed selection from it, and masks are self-adhesive stencils for the glazing and the wheels. LööKplus is always an accessory, never a kit.
The Supermarine Spitfire Mk.I was a British single-engine fighter with the Rolls-Royce Merlin V12 engine, all-metal construction and the characteristic elliptical wing. It was the first production version of a type that then went on developing throughout the war. The cockpit of the Mk.I is fairly cramped and enough of it can be seen through the sliding canopy for work on the panel and the belts to show.
A combined set usually reaches into several places on the model, so divide the contents into stages before building and fit them in the order in which the model closes up. The interior always first. Wash the resin castings in lukewarm water with detergent because of the mold release agent. Cut the casting blocks off with a fine saw and sand wet with respiratory protection. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue. The color finish on the panel is not repainted, only sealed with a matte clear coat. With resin parts that have to meet plastic, count on sanding the seating surface to fit.
The set is an accessory for a plastic kit, not a model in its own right. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
