The real subject

The Bf 109 G-10 was the fastest production variant of the Gustav series — it combined the airframe of the late G models with a more powerful Daimler-Benz engine and an aerodynamically cleaner cowling. Machines from WNF production differed from the aircraft of other plants in details of the airframe and in the style in which the camouflage was sprayed, which makes them a rewarding and recognizable subject. They were committed in the last months of the war above all to the defense of the Reich.

Application tips

Apply the decals onto a gloss, fully cured base. Work with water at room temperature, settle the decal in place and press the excess water out with a soft cloth. Work it into the engraved lines and the riveting with a softener. Once dry, spray the whole model with a clear coat, which seals the decals and evens out the sheen of the surface.
