The sheet holds printed motifs of army patches reduced for 1:6 scale and according to the name it is supplied in a self-adhesive form. It is not a kit and not a waterslide decal. The motifs are cut out and stuck onto the uniform of a figure, onto equipment or into a scene.
A self-adhesive form has an advantage and a pitfall alike. The advantage is that dosing glue is done away with and the motif holds immediately. The pitfall is that the first placing is usually also the last, because repeated removal makes the paper buckle and damages the printing. So try the position dry first against the edge of a pocket or a seam, and only then peel the backing layer off. Handle it with tweezers and do not touch the sticky side with your fingers.
Large-scale figures tend to be dressed in real cloth, which has a texture of its own. So press the patch down with the flat side of tweezers or a cotton bud, gradually from the center toward the edges, so that no air stays beneath it and so that it follows the relief of the fabric. It is better not to place a motif on a seam or on the edge of a pocket; the corner lifts away. If the undercoat is dusty or greasy, adhesion drops; wipe the surface with spirit beforehand and let it dry.
A fresh sticker can come across as flat and glossier than the surrounding cloth. A weak spray of matte clear coat suppresses the sheen and visually sinks the edge. A light dusting with pigment or a very thinned wash afterward ages the patch to the same degree as the rest of the equipment.
