An injection-molded plastic kit of the modern Japanese destroyer Fuyuzuki, 1:700 scale, waterline version. Aoshima is a Japanese manufacturer of ship models. The package makes it possible to build a static model of this contemporary vessel of the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force.
The Fuyuzuki is a unit of the Akizuki class, modern destroyers of the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force meant above all for anti-aircraft and escort defense. She carries phased-array radars, a vertical launch system, gun and anti-aircraft armament and a helicopter deck with a hangar.
Glue the fine radars, antennas and armament with liquid cement for plastic and clean them up with a light touch. We recommend a primer and an airbrush for even gray shades; a fine wash will bring out the decks and the panels. The railings and the small details can be added with photo-etched parts, and the model can be set on a stand or in a scene.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
