An injection-molded plastic kit in 1:72 scale from the Czech manufacturer Kovozavody Prostejov. This edition carries the markings of Alpha Jet machines operated by the Canadian company Top Aces, which uses the aircraft for training and target duties. The box contains plastic and clear parts and color instructions with the marking schemes.
The Alpha Jet is a French-German jet aircraft intended for training and, in the A version, for light attack duties as well. After being retired from military service a number of the machines found a second life with civilian operators who use them for training and adversary simulation. It is exactly such machines, in striking civilian colors, that make up this edition.
Join the plastic parts with liquid cement and separate the fine pieces with a sharp knife. The striking civilian scheme is best sprayed with an airbrush over a thin base coat; take care over crisp color boundaries and clean masking. Glue the canopy glazing on last. Apply the decals onto gloss varnish and even the surface out at the end with the matching varnish.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
