An injection-molded plastic kit of a railroad car in 1:72 scale from the Ukrainian manufacturer UM (UniModels). The subject is an air defense car marshaled into armored train formations, which protected the formation against air attack.
Air defense cars were part of armored train formations and carried anti-aircraft armament. They protected the formation and the stretch of line against air attack. The particular armament differed according to the period and the purpose of the formation.
Use liquid cement for plastic and cut the tiny parts of the barrels and the gun mounts away carefully. Consider leaving the armament in an open configuration so that it shows to better effect. Washes in the gaps and dust pigments on the running gear suit the patina. We recommend a primer and an airbrush.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
