A resin detail set for Eurofighter EF-2000A/EF-2000B Typhoon models in 1:72 scale. It contains finely cast, 3D-designed exhaust nozzles in the closed position, as found on an aircraft on the ground with the engines not giving additional thrust. It is not an aircraft kit but an accessory that replaces the simplified parts from the base kit.
The original exhaust nozzles in plastic kits tend to be simplified in shape. This replacement brings thin edges to the nozzle petals, deeper internal geometry and faithful relief, which once painted markedly raises the realism of the rear of the model.
First wash the parts free of any remaining mold release agent, carefully cut the casting blocks off and clean them up. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue. When sanding resin, protect your airways. Accentuate the metallic shades of the nozzles with a dark wash and a light dry brush.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
