A decal sheet in 1:72 scale with four squadron badges of the Swedish air base F 16 at Uppsala. So that there is no confusion: F 16 is the designation of a Swedish air unit, not of the American F-16 fighter. The item is an accessory for finishing a model, not a kit.
A squadron badge is what turns a model from a general type into a particular machine of a particular unit. Ordinary kits mostly do not contain such markings, or they offer only one scheme. The four badges on the sheet therefore widen the possibilities for finishing a model.
Here the order of the work matters more than the technique. First finish the camouflage, then go over it with gloss clear, and only then lay the decals - otherwise a white veil will appear under the film. Cut the badge out with a scalpel close to the motif, so that glossy film does not shine on flat camouflage. Once it is slid into place, draw the water off with a soft cloth and let it dry for several hours before you reach for the decal softener a second time. Then comes gloss clear over the decal, then washes and weathering, and at the very end a flat coat, which evens the surface of the model out.
The decals are supplied on their own. The model, clear coat and decal softener are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
