A set of wheels and paint masks in 1:72 scale for a model of the German single-engine fighter in the A-4 version.
Responsibility details are not available.
Wheels and sharp paint edges are among the details that decide how a model looks close up. Kit wheels tend to be simplified, and their tread and hub shape can be sharpened with replacement parts. Masks in turn save cutting shapes out of tape and keep a clean edge where hand work usually gives itself away, that is on the glazing and at the boundaries of the camouflage.
The set joins two things: replacement wheels and paint masks for a model of the aircraft in the A-4 version in 1:72 scale. The wheels are fitted in place of the kit parts. The masks are stuck to the surface before spraying and taken off once the paint has dried. The scope of the set, the number of parts and the kit it is cut for are given in the manufacturer's description and instructions.
On the wheels, cut the surplus material away with a sharp blade a little way from the part and sand the remainder down so that the outline stays regular; then wash and degrease them. Try the fit dry and watch that the model stands level. If the wheels carry a flat spot from the weight of the aircraft, turn the flat spot toward the ground. Stick the masks onto a degreased, dry surface, press them down along the edges and spray in thin coats. Take them off shortly after the paint has dried, pulling at an angle across themselves.
The model, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
