1:72 General Dynamics EF-111A Raven is a set of masks from Peewit for painting a model of this aircraft — it is not a kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of masks from Peewit in 1:72 scale intended for painting a model of the EF-111A Raven electronic warfare aircraft. It is an accessory for painting, not an aircraft model. For a large part of its range Peewit uses only the designation of the subject and the scale in the name, so the name alone does not say what kind of item it is.
The EF-111A Raven was an American electronic warfare aircraft derived from the General Dynamics F-111A tactical bomber. It kept the side-by-side two-seat cockpit, the variable-geometry wing and the twin-engine powerplant of the original type; the conversion concerned mainly the equipment for jamming radars, which called for the characteristic antenna fairings. The machine served with the US Air Force until the mid-1990s, when it was withdrawn with no direct replacement in the same configuration.
For modelers who want a sharp transition at the cockpit and on the other masked areas without lengthy masking with tape. Suitable for beginners too, because it makes the most demanding part of painting considerably simpler.
This is a separate accessory. The aircraft model, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
