This is a set of waterslide decals in 1:72 scale for the additional marking of models of the German Pz.Kpfw. IV and Tiger tanks. The set widens the marking options with period subjects on the given theme. It is not a kit and not a finished model, but additional decals, applied to a model that is already built and varnished.
A number of the subjects are tied to German tanks of the Second World War, above all to the heavy Tiger and the medium Pz.Kpfw. IV. The Tiger I was a feared heavy tank with an 88 mm gun and thick frontal armor, while the Pz.Kpfw. IV made up the backbone of the German armored units throughout the war. The set points to marked machines credited to successful crews.
The decals go on best over a smooth gloss varnish, which keeps the area around the subject from dulling. Coat the area under the decal with gloss varnish, release the decal in lukewarm water and once it is in place use a decal softener so that it settles onto rivets and broken surfaces as well. Finally even the whole model out with matte varnish.
