A 1:72 set of 2 metal barrels for German MG34 machine guns are precisely turned metal replacements for the plastic barrels from the maker Aber. It is not a model but a refining accessory.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of turned metal barrels from the Aber brand in 1:72 scale, holding two replacement barrels for German MG34 machine guns. This is not a kit but an accurate refining accessory. The small machined barrels have a faithful profile and a perfectly circular muzzle, which a plastic part cannot manage in this scale.
The MG34 was a general-purpose German machine gun of the Second World War, used as an infantry weapon and as a hull and turret machine gun on many armored vehicles. Its slender perforated barrel is a characteristic detail that often looks too coarse on models when it is rendered in plastic.
Cut off the original plastic machine gun barrels and clean them up, then glue the metal parts in with cyanoacrylate glue. Given the small sizes, work with tweezers and plenty of light. Degrease the metal before painting and go over it with a base coat.
This is a refining accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
