JG 52, Aces of the Eastern Front is a title from the Polish publisher Kagero belonging to its aviation literature. The note in brackets after the name says that this is the version with decals. Exactly what the decals contain and what scale they are in should be checked on the packaging.
Jagdgeschwader 52 was a fighter wing of the Luftwaffe, deployed during the Second World War mainly on the Eastern Front. Throughout its existence it flew single-engined Messerschmitt Bf 109 fighters. For modelers the interesting thing about this unit is above all the colors and markings of its aircraft, which changed markedly several times during the war.
A publication of this kind serves as visual reference for building a particular aircraft: it helps you decide which camouflage and which markings belong to a given sub-version. If you use the enclosed decals, the usual procedure applies to them: lay them on a gloss surface, help them with a softener and, once dry, seal them with a matte or semi-gloss varnish so that the edge of the carrier film disappears.
This is a printed publication, not a model. Check the extent, the language of the edition and the make-up of the enclosed decals on the packaging and in the imprint of the publication.
