Set of Waffen-SS tank crewmen loading ammunition in 1:35 scale from the Polish brand PANZER ART, resin castings for you to assemble and paint yourself.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of resin figures in 1:35 scale, the manufacturer's part number FI35-106. It captures a crew replenishing the ammunition of an armored vehicle, that is a working scene in which the figures pass a shell to each other. The plural in the manufacturer's name means more than one figure; check the exact number on the box.
Replenishing ammunition was one of the most frequent and hardest jobs a tank crew did outside combat. Shells were passed one or two at a time from the vehicle or from a pile on the ground through the hatch into the fighting compartment, so the work on the vehicle ran as a chain: one man handed them over, the other took them. Crews took their tunics off for it and worked in a shirt or in overalls. That is useful for a diorama, because the figures lean naturally and create vertical movement between the ground and the hull.
First wash the resin castings in lukewarm soapy water so that the mold release agent from the mold is gone, otherwise the paint will not hold. Cut the casting blocks off with a saw or cutting pliers, do not snap them, and sand them down under water with respiratory protection, because resin dust should not be breathed in. They are bonded with cyanoacrylate-based super glue; ordinary cement for plastic does not attack resin. A primer coat is needed before painting.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
