A resin two-figure set in 1:35 scale from PANZER ART. It depicts German grenadiers fighting in Normandy in 1944. The set brings two figures in combat poses together and is intended for experienced modelers, who will appreciate the finely cast resin with detail of the camouflage uniforms and the equipment.
In the summer of 1944 the infantry of the 12th SS Panzer Division Hitlerjugend took part in heavy defensive fighting against the Allied landings in Normandy. The soldiers wore camouflage uniforms and were armed with the infantry weapons of the time. The figures suit combat dioramas from the Normandy campaign superbly.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and try the joints. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) and sand with respiratory protection. The camouflage patterns of the uniforms call for patient layering of acrylics, oil shading and final weathering from dust and mud.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
