A plastic kit of the British Daimler Dingo Mk.I armored scout car in 1:100 scale from Zvezda. It is a snap model meant to be put together without glue and it is part of the Art of Tactic tabletop game system. In the box you will find the unassembled vehicle model and a game card with a unit flag. The small scale and the quick build make the model a fitting addition to collectors' groups as well as to tabletop battles.
The Daimler Dingo was a light two-seat scout car developed in Great Britain at the end of the 1930s. Thanks to its all-wheel drive, compact dimensions and good mobility it became one of the most widespread British scout vehicles of the war and was used in North Africa, in Europe and on other fronts.
It is enough to separate the parts carefully from the sprue and join them; any joints can be secured with a drop of cement for plastic. Because of the small size, a base color from a spray can and an airbrush work well; for weathering use darker washes in the recesses and a fine dry brush on the edges. Mud and dust effects with pigments will underline the character of a scout car.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
