1:100 Carro Veloce L3/33 CC is a resin kit of the Italian tankette in the anti-tank form with a twenty-millimeter weapon.

A special form of the Italian tracked vehicle in which the machine gun was replaced by a twenty-millimeter anti-tank rifle. The weapon projected from a firing port and gave the otherwise inconspicuous machine an unmistakable silhouette. The resin kit in 1:100 scale is aimed at players of tabletop battles and at collectors who are looking for less usual types.
The abbreviation CC in the Italian designation refers to the anti-tank role. The basic version of the vehicle turned out to be defenseless against armor, and so a way was sought to give it at least some penetration. The solution became a large-caliber rifle for a twenty-millimeter round, operated by a gunner in a cramped space behind the armor. The effect remained limited, the weapon had a low rate of fire and resistance when firing, and yet it is an interesting record of the search for a way out of technical backwardness.
The barrel is the most sensitive part of the whole casting, so free it only right at the end and protect it during sanding. Let the glued vehicle settle before painting, as resin works for a while after glue has reached it. A matte undercoat and accentuation of the edges with a lighter tone suit the coat of paint. Suggest the traces of firing with a dark shade around the muzzle of the barrel, but really only as a hint.
Expect resin parts without a coat of paint and without glue; everything else is up to you.
