A small injection-molded plastic kit from Zvezda that captures the British AEC Matador artillery tractor in 1:100 scale. It belongs to the Art of Tactic series: a snap-fit kit is assembled by clicking the parts together without glue and suits beginners as well as players of tabletop war games.
The AEC Matador was a British artillery tractor with all-wheel drive (4x4), used in the Second World War to tow guns and to carry the crew and ammunition. Its recognition features were a square all-metal cab with a rounded roof and a flatbed body with a tarpaulin.
The parts can be put together without glue, but a drop of cement for plastic will make the joint firmer. Spray the model with primer and a base khaki color, and bring out the details with a wash. At a small scale work with thin coats of paint, so that the fine details are not flooded.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
