The parts clip together and the model can be put together without gluing, though we recommend fixing the joints lightly with plastic cement for strength. Given the tiny 1:100 scale the number of parts is low, which makes the model a good entry point for beginners and a rewarding build for a tabletop game or a diorama.
The Sd.Kfz. 251 was a German half-track armored personnel carrier, the backbone of the mechanized infantry in the Second World War. The version known as Stuka zu Fuss carried frames with heavy rocket projectiles on its sides, whose salvo fire had a devastating effect against fortifications and massed infantry. Ausfuehrung B represents an early production variant of the carrier.
The parts are tiny, so cut them out and clean them up carefully. You can strengthen the joints with a drop of thin cement. We recommend a base of primer and spraying with an airbrush; the typical finish is a German dark yellow base color with camouflage shades added, and washes and pigments will bring out the weathering. A crew and decals are usually not included.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
