A detailed accessory set of the front fork for models of the racing motorcycle Honda RC211V of 2006 in 1:12 scale from the manufacturer Tamiya. This is not a whole motorcycle and not a motorcycle kit — it is an upgrade set of metal and plastic parts that replaces the plastic fork and raises the realism of the suspension and the engine. The set is meant for RC211V models in the matching scale.
The set brings precisely reproduced parts of the front fork: black anodized aluminum inner and outer fork tubes, a nickel-plated fork head, a finished axle block, an anodized clutch cover with a nickel-plated bolt, a gray-colored spring and rivets for fixing. Metal parts give the front fork and the engine a look you cannot get with paint on plastic, and they suit exactly the faithful rendering of MotoGP machines.
Before you build, check that the set matches your version of the RC211V model. Deburr the metal parts and glue them with cyanoacrylate, and use thin cement for plastic on the plastic joints. Use the rivets according to the instructions for a firm and precise fixing. Work with tweezers and a light touch; leave the anodized and nickel-plated surfaces in their metal shade.
This is an accessory detail set of the front fork. The motorcycle model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
