A small resin kit of the German StuG III Ausf.G assault gun in the railway scale 1:120 (TT) from the Czech maker Hauler. The finely cast resin kit, as a rule supplemented with photo-etched parts, is meant for more experienced modelers. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted; for the exact contents of the package follow the enclosed instructions.
The StuG III was a German assault gun built on the chassis of the Panzer III tank. The Ausf.G version was the most widespread and most numerously built form, and the StuG III ranks among the most heavily built German tracked armored vehicles of the Second World War. Its low, turretless silhouette and the 7.5 cm gun in the front of the hull made it a feared and economical machine for infantry support and for destroying tanks. It was committed on every front.
Wash the resin parts clean of mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate); protect your airways while sanding. Finish the running gear before you close up the hull. Spray over a primer, build the weathering with thin washes into the recesses and pigments for mud and dust effects; fit the small photo-etched parts at the end. In a small scale, work with measure.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
