This is a resin detail accessory from Quickboost, not an airplane model. The set replaces the plastic propeller from the base kit with a more faithfully cast resin propeller with a more accurate blade section and shape. It is intended for models of the Focke-Wulf Fw 190 D-9 fighter in 1:32 scale.
The Focke-Wulf Fw 190 D-9, nicknamed Dora, was the final development version of the German Fw 190 fighter, powered by a liquid-cooled inverted V12 engine. Its lengthened nose and distinctive propeller gave it an unmistakable silhouette. It went into action in the last phase of the Second World War and is a sought-after subject.
Carefully separate the propeller from the casting block with a sharp knife and clean up the surfaces. Wash the mold release agent off the resin and degrease it before gluing. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Watch the setting angle of the blades so that the propeller looks symmetrical.
This is an accessory meant for further work. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
