The Renault 4 was a French people's car produced in enormous numbers from the beginning of the 1960s for whole decades. The utility version Fourgonnette (a van with a closed body and rear doors) served small tradesmen, craftsmen and company service departments for delivering goods and tools. Its simple, light and undemanding design made it an omnipresent working vehicle of European streets, and today it is a popular retro classic.
Smooth the body, spray a primer and paint it with a rich color; cheerful company colors suit a civilian van. Bend the photo-etched parts over a metal ruler and glue them with cyanoacrylate, and the plastic with liquid cement for polystyrene. Fit the chrome and the glazing only after painting. Apply the service liveries (decals) patiently and soften them with a decal softener. The interior of the cargo area deserves a few details if you leave the rear doors slightly open.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
