Responsibility details are not available.
An acrylic modeling paint from the Dual Exo Scenery line of the AK interactive brand. The name of the product gives the bottle volume as 60 ml. It is an acrylic with a satin finish, that is with a semi-gloss halfway between a flat and a gloss coat. The designation 27B and the word Dark in the name refer to the darker tone of the pair; the lighter 27A Light Marble exists as a separate item.
A dark tone in layering
In modeling practice darker shades are often used as an underlayer or, the other way round, as the addition that puts shadow and depth where they belong. When you have the light and the dark variant of the same subject at hand, you can blend smoothly between them and build a graded scale without jumps. A satin finish is practical in that, because on a dark area it hints at the shape lightly without turning the model into a mirror.
For modelers who build dioramas, bases and scenery with stone subjects, and for anyone who wants a darker tone in the palette for layering and shading. It also comes into its own on free science fiction and fantasy subjects, where the shades of the line are combined to the builder's own intent.
The product is intended for modeling use. Store out of the reach of children; when spraying, provide ventilation and respiratory protection. You will find information on thinning, drying and safety on the manufacturer's packaging.
