A color detail set for the cockpit, not an airplane kit. The parts are 3D-printed, fully painted and supplied on decal paper: the instrument panel, the side consoles, levers and switches with fine relief. The set is meant for early AV-8B Harrier II models in 1:48 scale. The target kit is Hasegawa.
The AV-8B Harrier II is an American-British attack aircraft with vertical and short takeoff, which followed on from the first generation of Harriers in Marine Corps service. The early version carried the classic analog instrumentation in the cabin. The single-seat cockpit with its many controls makes an interior set a rewarding accessory.
The parts release in water like a decal, but once off the paper they behave more like pre-colored, pliable details. They are applied to cleaned surfaces of the cabin, and small elements can be secured with a drop of super glue. Tweezers and a dry test of the placement are worth the trouble.
This is a detail set, not a complete model. The Hasegawa base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
