This small kit from Mark I Models captures the German Heinkel He 219 Uhu night fighter in the A-7 version in 1:144 scale. The box holds finely injection-molded plastic parts and a small photo-etched fret for fine details.
The Heinkel He 219 Uhu was a twin-engine night fighter of the Luftwaffe from the end of the Second World War. It was marked by onboard radar, nose landing gear and ejection seats. The A-7 version was one of the later production variants intended for the night defense against Allied bombers.
Cut the small parts off with a sharp knife and handle them with tweezers. Glue the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue and the plastic with liquid modeling cement. Night camouflage goes on well with an airbrush and fine masking of the transitions.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
