Tin trash can 1:16 (Firma49)

A model of a modern tin trash can with a lid in 1:16 scale. It is a stand-alone decorative accessory for a diorama or a figure scene, not a vehicle kit. Printed by SLA technology from modeling resin with a finely rendered sheet metal surface.

Use and tips

  • Before removing the supports, dip the part briefly in hot water.
  • Cut off the print supports and clean up the surfaces with breathing protection.
  • Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue).
  • Metal shades, rust and dirt applied with washes and pigments will bring the can to life.

Who it is for

For builders of urban and civilian dioramas in the large 1:16 scale.

The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted; paints and glue are not included in the package.
