Angelika is a collector's figure cast in resin from the Czech manufacturer ROP o.s. The figure of 120 mm states the size of the figure, not a scale. It depicts a female figure and is meant to be assembled and painted by the modeler; the larger format comes into its own in the hand-painting of the face and the detail.
This is a character figure subject for a woman with the emphasis on the face, the hair and the clothing. The size of 120 mm gives room for fine transitions of skin, for shading and for modeling the cloth, which makes the figure a rewarding object for portrait painting and for advanced techniques.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and dry-fit the surfaces. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) and protect your breathing while sanding. A primer and painting in thin coats are recommended; you will render the skin and the face with oils or acrylics, building the highlights and shadows up step by step.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
