The FC-1, or JF-17, is a single-engine light fighter developed by the Chinese and Pakistani industries as a replacement for older types. It is powered by a single afterburning jet engine, has side air intakes and carries a wide range of external stores. In the Pakistan Air Force it forms the backbone of the fighter squadrons.
Lay the mask onto a degreased, dry part and press the edge down with a blunt tool. Spray the paint in several thin coats so that it does not run under the edge. Remove the mask soon after it has dried and pull it off at an angle along the surface. The canopy frames are well set off by a thin coat of interior color before the external camouflage goes on. With a multicolored finish, work from the lightest shade to the darkest and lay the masks only onto a perfectly dry previous coat.
