Gundam Decal 134 from Bandai is a multi-use sheet of decal markings for models from The Witch from Mercury series. It is not a kit but a set of markings for finishing off completed models.

The sheet belongs to the numbered Gundam Decal range and carries the designation Multiuse in its name, that is, multi-purpose. It is therefore not tied to a single model: you divide the markings up between several assemblies from the same world as you see fit. You are buying the markings alone; there is no model and no parts in the package.
Markings are what move a model on from a toy to a model: numbers, warning captions, unit badges and technical inscriptions break up large uniform areas and give the surface scale. On pre-colored assemblies in particular, where there is no painting, markings are the main tool for giving each example a face of its own and for setting two otherwise identical machines apart.
The base has to be clean, degreased and smooth. Work one element at a time, in good light, and use tweezers and a damp brush to place them. Once dry, give the model a coat of matte or satin varnish, so that the edges of the markings disappear and the markings do not rub off. Do not pull a marking over a sharp edge or across a joint by force; divide it into two parts instead.
A note on the type of decals: besides the numbered Gundam Decal range, Bandai also has a separate range of waterslide decals. Which of these two groups the sheet belongs to is stated on the packaging, so please go by the instructions on the package before working.
