Against the ordinary version this set contains masks for both faces of the clear part. The cockpit frames can therefore be sprayed from inside as well and do not stay transparent when you look into the interior. It is a different extent of work, not the same set under a different name.
On a large model in 1:32 the interior of the cockpit is clearly visible. When the frames are sprayed only from outside, clear plastic shows through from inside and the canopy looks like a transparent bubble with no structure. A sprayed inner frame in the interior shade removes that contradiction and the cockpit looks assembled from a frame and panes. The set is cut for the closed position of the canopy.
Work in separate stages: first apply the inner masks and spray them in the interior shade, let them dry properly, and only then deal with the outer face. The inner pieces are applied into a concave shape, so press them down from the middle outward with a blunt toothpick, so that the edge does not lift; paint flows under a lifted edge and from inside it can hardly be put right. Degrease the part before every coat. Lay the paint on thinly and lift each face only once the relevant coat has dried.
