A plastic model of a small Japanese car in the CX equipment according to the execution from the middle of the 1990s. The tall build of the body on a short footprint makes it an atypical and all the more interesting addition to a collection of road cars.
The Move belongs to the category called kei, which Japanese regulations define by a maximum length, width and engine displacement. It is precisely these limits that led designers to inventive solutions: so that enough room would stay for the occupants, the cars grew in height. The Move was one of the first representatives of this approach and marked out the direction a whole series of further cars then took. On Japanese streets similar cars form a pronounced part of the traffic; here you will meet them only rarely.
The extensive glazing means that the cabin will be well visible, so it pays off to devote more attention to painting the inside than a small car would suggest. The window frames you will handle best with a narrow masking tape. On a simply shaped body the pastel shades stand out, which suit the period character of the car.
In front of you is a raw kit: the parts are not painted and the glue and varnishes are bought separately.
