The model captures the third generation of the RX-7 (the FD3S type), which Mazda offered under the Enfini sales brand. The package contains body, interior and chassis parts, clear parts and decals; it is assembled by gluing and painting.
The third-generation Mazda RX-7 is one of the icons of Japanese sports motoring of the 1990s. It was powered by a turbocharged twin-rotor rotary Wankel engine, which offered high output at low weight and in compact dimensions. The low, rounded body with its balanced weight distribution made the RX-7 a favorite on the track and among tuning enthusiasts.
It pays to spray the body with a good paint and polish it; a clear coat and polishing will give a deep gloss. Protect the clear parts and the headlights from being sanded and glue them with a thin cement that leaves no clouding. The interior and the engine bay come to life with careful painting of the details and gentle weathering.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
