The car with the factory code BNR34 closed the Skyline GT-R range and to this day is among the most sought-after Japanese sports cars. Under the hood it has an inline six of 2.6 liters with a pair of turbochargers, it distributes the power to all four wheels and on top of that it carries an angular, by now iconic body. The Nismo S-Tune form arose in the marque's racing division and differs from the production car in reworkings of the chassis, aerodynamic parts and wheels.
The set is a plastic kit in 1:24 scale for assembly and painting. The exact count of parts, the contents of the decal sheet and the recommended paints are given in the manufacturer's instructions, which are part of the package. Before building it is good to go through them in full.
Spray the body before you start putting the interior together, and reckon with extra time: a smooth gloss calls for a primer, several thin coats and polishing.
The kit will please builders of road and tuned cars and collectors of Japanese automotive classics. The procedure is straightforward and a less experienced modeler will manage it too, but a good result stands or falls on careful painting of the body. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted; paints, glue and varnish are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
