The collector's figure Pin-up Series Kit No.1 in 1:24 scale from Master Box - a period American pin-up girl in 1940s style.
Responsibility details are not available.
A plastic collector's figure from the Pin-up Series range (Kit No.1) in 1:24 scale from Master Box. It represents a period American pin-up girl in the style of the 1940s. It is one figure made up of several parts on a single sprue; a color reference is usually printed on the back of the box. For the exact contents of the package go by the instructions.
Pin-up illustration was a popular genre of its day, connected among other things with the American forces in the Second World War, where it decorated calendars, posters and the noses of aircraft (nose art). The figure follows on from that aesthetic and is intended for collectors and modelers as an addition to period scenes or as a display piece in its own right.
Clean the flash off the parts and join them with cement for plastic, then fill the seams lightly. Apply a primer; on the skin, work in layers with gentle shading so that the transitions look smooth. Small figures reward thin coats of paint and patience. The motorcycle shown on the box is not included in the package.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
