A replacement seat with belts for a model of the Z-37 Cmelak agricultural aircraft in 1:48. It replaces the part from the kit in a place that is clearly seen from the cockpit.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Z-37 Cmelak is an agricultural aircraft of Czechoslovak manufacture, recognizable by its sturdy fuselage with a tank for chemical spray ahead of the cockpit and by the pilot's high-set working position. That is exactly what shows on a model: the cockpit is glazed on every side and the seat in it is among the first things the eye finds.
According to the name it is a seat with belts in 1:48, that is a finished replacement part to go where the kit part would be. The number of pieces and the design of the belts are not stated here; follow the manufacturer's data. The set does not replace the kit, it adds to it.
The parts are not polystyrene, so cement for plastic kits will not join them; use cyanoacrylate glue. Cut the surplus material off with a sharp blade a little way from the part and carefully sand the rest away, so that the seat sits down on the cockpit floor. Before painting, wash and degrease the part and lay down a base coat. Paint the belts separately from the shell of the seat and bring them out with a dark wash, or they will disappear in the cockpit. Finally try the fit dry, to see whether the cockpit with the seat in it goes under the glazing.
The kit, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
