This is a detail accessory, not a model of an aircraft. The set contains 3D-printed exhaust stacks for Heinkel He 219 models in 1:72 scale. The parts replace the simplified or solid exhausts from a plastic kit with faithful pieces with the openings suggested. The exhausts are shaped for the Dragon kit.
The Heinkel He 219 Uhu was one of the most capable German night fighters of the Second World War, equipped with radar and ejection seats. The exhausts of its engines are among the conspicuous details of the nacelles, and on night machines they were fitted with flame dampers. A faithful rendering lifts the realism of the engine sections considerably.
Separate the parts carefully from the print supports and clean the surfaces up by sanding. We recommend gluing with cyanoacrylate. The exhausts are painted separately in matte metal and rust shades, ideally with pigments added for a burnt effect; they are fitted once the engine nacelles are finished.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
