It is not a kit but an accessory that is seated on the parts of your own model.
First think through the order of the work: rivets belong on a finished, sanded and dusted surface, because any later sanding will sweep them away. Mark out the arrangement beforehand and keep comparing it with a drawing or a period photograph of the real subject. Use fine tweezers and work over a surface a tiny part cannot roll off. Apply the paint in thin layers so that the low relief does not disappear, and draw out the outline of the heads with a wash at the end: on flat rivets it is the shadow around the edge that does most of the work.
